Delivery & Store Policies


Please allow 1-5 business days for order processing and shipping for all in-stock and currently available items. It will likely take less time than this, but please keep this extra buffer period in mind in case of unforeseen delays. Once an order is processed, it will ship with your chosen delivery method from checkout. If you are shopping outside of the UK, please check your destination's custom policies, as these charges will be your responsibility.

If your order contains a "made to order" or "pre-order" item, please note the production estimates on the product listing page, as your order will processed for shipping after that time period. We appreciate your support with our efforts to reduce waste and promote sustainability through our small batch production policies!

Raised by Danger currently only ships to customers in the United Kingdom and the United States. UK sales under £200 will ship with a flat £5 shipping rate or DHL rate calculated at checkout. Orders over £200 for UK destinations ship for FREE. All US orders will ship with a flat £15 shipping fee.


To be eligible for return & exchange policies, you must contact us within 14 days after an online order has been delivered. If the 14 day window has passed since your purchase was delivered to you, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a exchange/return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also contain all the original packaging. You will also be required to reference your order number, that can be found on your emailed invoice from the initial purchase. With all approved exchanges and returns, a prepaid shipping label will be provided for you; you will need access to a printer & drop off with mail carrier. 

Yes! We do offer FREE exchanges should you need a size different than what you ordered, because we are passionate about making sure you get the perfect fit. We do provide our official size guide to aid in making the right size choice, but know that sometimes the right fit can't be determined until you have a garment in person. Once the original item has been returned and received by us, we will notify you and arrange for the shipment of the exchange item. Please allow a few days for potential shipping processing.

Please note: There may be up to a 2-3 week delay in getting your exchanged item shipped to you, should the desired exchange item/size be out of stock, and available only on a "made-to-order" basis (as it will need to be custom ordered for production.) We will keep you updated should that be the case, but don't hesitate to contact us if you would like to check in on your exchange status!


In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is defective or damaged from transit be sure to contact us through the website contact page or DM our IG account @raisedbydanger to arrange for a replacement. Depending on the situation you may be asked to return the defective item, with shipping costs covered through prepaid label like a normal exchange (see above.)

Unlike exchanges, returns do not have free return shipping; we aim to encourage customers to shop more responsibly, as with the rise of fast fashion has also come a rise in more frequent and casual returns being made, which in turn adds to more fuel emissions and environmental stress. If you wish to make a return, a receipt/email invoice with your order number is required for proof of purchase. The shipping costs for returning your item are deducted from the refund amount. A pre-paid label will be emailed to you for the return of the item. If you prefer to pay for the return shipping on your own, please note this in your initial return request; a tracked shipping method will be required for any self-sent returns and you will be provided with the return shipping address after your return request is sent.

In the situation that an item is returned but does not meet the return requirements, it may be only eligible for a partial refund. Any item not in its original, unworn condition, or that is damaged or missing parts for reasons due to customer error are all examples of returned goods that may only receive a partial refund. Any item that is returned without contacting us within 14 days of item delivery is not eligible for a return. Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. Gift cards are not eligible for returns; similarly any products that are intimate or sanitary goods are non-returnable items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you meet the return criteria above, then your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. If rejected, we will discuss reasons (such as not meeting our return requirements) and discuss available options.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through our website contact page.

We only accept exchanges/returns upon receiving your shipped item. Shipping receipts are crucial in case your exchange/return gets lost while in transit with the shipping courier, so please hang on to any proof of shipment your receive when giving your parcel to the courier service.
